Reimbursement Requests

Thank you to all our Teachers and PTA Board Members for helping to make the 2025-2026 School Year fantastic. 

To submit a reimbursement request, please use the appropriate link below. 

Teacher Requests

Thank you for what you do every day for our children! This form can be used for grade-level, specialty, and resource expense reimbursement ($100 per teacher) or for expenses related to an after-school enrichment class taught.

  1. Teachers and Staff requesting reimbursements must be a member of the Greenwood Elementary School PTA. If you have not done so you may join or renew at the following link: https://greenwoodelementary.givebacks.com/shop
  2. Requests must include detailed receipts with line items being reimbursed.
  3. Receipts must denote Greenwood Elementary, GES, or similar (this can be handwritten on the receipt).
  4. Taxes ARE reimbursable.
