Reimbursement Requests

Thank you to all our Teachers and PTA Board Members for helping to make the 2025-2026 School Year fantastic. 

To submit a reimbursement request, please use the appropriate link below.

**Retain a copy of your email receipt confirming your submission. You can use this receipt to modify the request if needed.**

This form can be used for grade-level, specialty, and resource expense reimbursement (up to $100/teacher).

  1. Teachers and Staff requesting reimbursements must be a member of the Greenwood Elementary School PTA. If you have not done so you may join or renew at the following link: https://greenwoodelementary.givebacks.com/shop
  2. Requests must include detailed receipts with line items being reimbursed.
  3. Receipts must denote Greenwood Elementary, GES, or similar (this can be handwritten on the receipt).
  4. Taxes ARE reimbursable.
