About the PTA
What We Do
One of the key ways you can stay informed and involved at Greenwood is by joining and volunteering with the PTA. Your Greenwood PTA is part of the national Parent Teacher Association which promotes parent involvement in school communities and advocates on behalf of students and schools.
The PTA here at Greenwood is no exception. We work to build a strong relationship among parents, teachers and the school to support our children. We do this through programs, events, fundraising, and volunteering within the school.
Membership dues, spirit wear sales, special events, and Gator Fund donations (our form of fundraising) are what allow us to do these things.
